Dr. Pentland has dedicated her career to bringing state-of-the-art technology to support individual health and to creating a rich interdisciplinary environment within the department. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Christopher Richardson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dermatology and Division of Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology (AIR) in the Department of Medicine. He completed his medical school and dermatology training at the University of Rochester. He practices general dermatology with an emphasis on autoimmune and rheumatologic skin diseases, in particular lupus, dermatomyositis, and scleroderma.

Kathleen A. Mannava, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and a board-certified dermatopathologist who specializes in the care of skin diseases in both adults and children. She has sub-specialization in dermatopathology, which allows Dr Mannava to diagnose skin disease by studying biopsy samples under the microscope. Dr Mannava sees and treats patients with both simple and complex medical dermatological conditions, which can include skin cancer, rashes, psoriasis, eczema, other acute and chronic skin conditions, dermatitis, and many other conditions that may require medication, small procedures, or routine skin checks and monitoring. Dr Mannava also performs cosmetic dermatological procedures.

Dr. Beck brings more than 20 years' experience to the treatment of atopic dermatitis and eczema. She is currently involved in an NIH-funded study to determine why certain patients are susceptible to the herpes simplex and Staphylococcus aureus viruses. Dr. Beck received her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College and her medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Mara C. Weinstein Velez, M.D., FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist who completed a prestigious Laser, Cosmetic and Dermatologic Surgery fellowship at SkinCare Physicians in Boston, with clinical faculty from the Harvard and Yale Departments of Dermatology. Dr. Weinstein has received numerous awards and achievements, including the Excellence in Teaching Award, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, the Women's Dermatology Society (WDS) Mentorship Award, and was most recently selected to be a part of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) Future Leaders Network.
