Part of Strong Memorial Hospital Pharmacists are medication experts who help patients use medicine safely. We help you understand what to expect with your medicine, including how it works, how to take it, side effects, whether it is safe with other medicines, and any special handling. We are part of your healthcare team and may help you in the clinic, on the phone, or through MyChart. Medication access specialists (MAS) work closely with pharmacists to help safely dispense medicine at an affordable cost. We speak to you on the phone or through MyChart to help with insurance, copay costs, refills, and deliveries.

Golisano Children's Hospital offers some of the finest surgical services for children. Pediatric surgeries take place in the William and Mildred Levine Pediatric Surgical Suite, a facility designed with children's needs and comfort in mind. The Pediatric Surgery Service is composed of a specialty team that manages surgical problems in infants and children to age 15 years. Caring for an average of approximately 1,100 outpatient visitors annually and performing approximately 2,000 operative procedures a year.

Dr Swantz is an attending neonatologist in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Golisano Children's Hospital and in the Special Care Nursery at Rochester General Hospital. He is the Medical Director of the Neonatal Transport Team and is the Physician Advisor in Utilization Management for the Department of Pediatrics.

I completed my undergraduate studies at Cornell University before earning a Master's Degree in exercise science at the University of Delaware and my MD-PhD at SUNY Upstate Medical University. I completed residency in child neurology at the University of Michigan and fellowship in neuromuscular medicine at The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Dr. Jee sees patients in the Strong Pediatric Practice, and also teaches and supervises medical students and residents in the outpatient setting. Her research focuses on meeting the mental health needs for children and their families, teaching trainees to provide integrated and trauma-informed pediatric care for underserved children, many of whom have experienced adverse childhood experiences. Outreach and educational activities are focused on pediatric environmental health topics, including climate change and sustainability.
