Dr. Lipschitz has been with the Faculty Practice for 18 years, treating patients in all aspects of general dental care. A native of South Africa, he is a proud alumnus of EIOH's Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. He is an associate professor of clinical dentistry and provides operating room care for patients with severe intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Dr. Tallents is one of the area's leaders in diagnosing and treating temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. In addition to practicing with the Faculty Practice, he is a professor in the EIOH Orthodontics and Prosthodontics Division and program director of the Orofacial Pain program. Dr. Tallents has co-authored 149 publications on his research, including the diagnosis and management of patients with TMJ disorders, mechanisms for managing chronic mouth and facial pain, systemic bone and muscle pains, sleep disorders and the family genetics of cleft lip and palate.
