Our specialty is Cycling, the CEO is EXTREMELY Passionate about Spinning classes as well as teaching how to safely navigate the road for your next outdoor biking adventure. Exercise Express also offers a variety of Home and Community Based Services including Habilitation, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Family Support Services and Peer Support Services. Our engaged Staff hold C.R.P.A Certifications and are here to help you on your journey. Coming Soon we will offer Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Classes accredited by the CDC.
