Studio K is a dance and fitness center located in Rochester, specializing in classes for both beginning and advanced dancers! With our highly trained instructors, we offer both classes and camps.

The Hochstein School, founded in commemoration of genius and dedicated to providing access to opportunity, is a vibrant community of musicians, dancers, and supporters who choose to come together in this historic and inspiring place to develop in themselves, and in each other, the ability to speak and communicate through the making of music and dance. We do this with the conviction that music nurtures, enriches, and energizes every human life, and that the joy of making music, and all the expressive arts that it inspires, holds the key to creating a better world.

We offer Swing dance classes, weekly social dances, live band dance events, performances, and dance workshops throughout the year. The space is also available to rent for dancing, workshops, meetings, and special events. Classes and events are all held at the Rose Room, 295 Gregory St. in the South Wedge neighborhood of Rochester, NY. Groove Juice Swing LLC, established in 2004, is based in Rochester, NY and specializes in Lindy Hop, the original swing dance from the 1920s and 1930s, as well as other Jazz Age dances like Charleston and Balboa.

Rochester Dance Theatre was a school where creativity, individuality and self-expression was encouraged and had a community of teachers, students and families who were passionate about the performing art of dance. Our goal was to create a positive and happy experience for all of our students. We strived to nurture and develop talent, celebrate the achievements of all students and inspire a love and appreciation of dance and the arts. We were committed to providing a safe and positive environment in which all students could feel empowered, comfortable and free to express themselves.
