Baddass Bodies by Sean is an exclusive, members only gym & personal training facility for women, children and their families. All classes are personally instructed by Rochester’s foremost female fitness instructor; Sean Smith, at the only black-woman owned gym in the City of Rochester. The gym is a kid/family friendly environment and parents are always welcome to bring their children. The facility features a heated 3,500 square foot, hardwood gym floor, and a 1,200 square foot recreation and cardio mezzanine overlooking the main floor. We are located directly off the Genesee Riverway Trail at Flint Street in the PLEX / Plymouth/Exchange Neighborhood, where Downtown, Corn Hill the Southwedge and University of Rochester converge.

ROCovery is a peer-led supportive community of physically active individuals brought together by sober living. Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for healing and recovery—To help individuals rediscover their inner strength and resilience through fun, fitness and sober social connection. We are a not-for-profit community-based social care provider bringing fitness and non-fitness based classes and events as well as peer recovery support services to individuals with SUD and mental health challenges in our community. All of our programs are free and open to ANYONE with at least 48-hours of continuous sobriety. We welcome friends, family members and ANYONE that chooses to live a sober lifestyle.

MamaBfit was designed to help change lives physically, emotionally, and mentally. We work together to play an active role in our results and help to teach each other accountability. We offer a different services to meet each persons need such as personal training, meal plans and more.
