A Rochester, NY based from-scratch ice cream business specializing in unique flavors, limited and seasonal releases, local collabs, and creative takes on the classics. For three years it mainly operated from a mobile, bicycle-towed and hand-built cart that pops up all around the city of Rochester, building community wherever it goes. In spring of 2026, a brick-and-mortar shop was opened, providing a home base for creativity and community.
