As a Rochester Regional Health practice, we know that restoring the health of our patients and building collaborative referrer relationships go hand-in-hand. We are a family medicine practice, which sees patients of all ages, from newborns to adults. Our goal is to provide premier care to the community we serve. We serve a large population of Refugee Program patients in the Rochester NY area. Our physicians and medical staff are fluent in several languages including Spanish, Turkish, Haitian Creole, and French just to name a few. We work closely with the Rochester region's top specialists at Rochester General Hospital to provide our patients with high quality medical care should you need care beyond your office visit with us.

The Wilson Multicultural Medical Campus at 1425 Portland Avenue (formerly 800 Carter St.) located on the Rochester General Hospital Campus is home to mental health, family medicine, urgent care, imaging, laboratory, pediatrics, and pharmacy locations. Please call your provider's office for specific hours.

The Geriatric Consultative Service at Rochester Regional Health provides expert evaluations and recommendations on a wide range of common conditions that you may be experiencing to help promote your independence, dignity, and comfort so that you can lead a productive and meaningful life.

The Rochester General Center for Pain Management, established in 1994, provides a wide array of treatments and services to help patients suffering from many different conditions that cause chronic pain. The center uses a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to help patients gain control over their pain and improve the quality of their lives. Many patients suffer from chronic pain, whether it’s caused by a back injury, cancer, or countless other conditions. In fact, unrelenting pain is second only to the common cold as a cause for a visit to the doctor. Chronic pain can seriously affect the quality of life for patients and their families.
