Dr. William J. Koenig retired in November 2024 after a distinguished career specializing exclusively in cosmetic procedures for the breast and body. Dr. Heather Lee joined the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery in Rochester, NY in 2017. After receiving her Medical Degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Dr. Lee continued her training with a five-year residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery before arriving at the Quatela Center to train under Dr. Vito Quatela for her fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
