Dr. Gigliotti is a practicing Internist and Endocrinologist with a particular passion for the care of patients with thyroid disorders, including hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroid nodules, and thyroid cancer, along with parathyroid/metabolic bone disorders and other endocrine cancers and hereditary syndromes. He also cares for patients with diabetes, adrenal, pituitary, and reproductive diseases. He is a dedicated proponent of Engel and Romano's "Biopsychosocial model" and believes in holistic caring for the whole patient, not just their disease(s).
