Theresa Zink, L.M.T.

I am a NYS licensed massage therapist (since 2019). I practice Swedish massage, orthopedic (deep tissue) massage and prenatal massage. I am also a Reiki Master teacher (since 2020). I provide a safe, comfortable space where we can create a treatment plan just for you. Located in the city of Rochester in a secure building with parking. Please call to make an appointment, I do not take walk-ins.

I offer professional therapeutic massage services with a focus on deep tissue and relaxation techniques to help relieve chronic tension, reduce stress, and support your overall wellness. Whether you’re recovering from muscle overuse, managing pain, or simply need to unwind, each session is tailored to meet your specific needs in a calm, welcoming environment. My goal is to provide effective, compassionate care that promotes healing and balance in both body and mind. Professional Standards & Zero Tolerance Policy: This is a professional therapeutic practice. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct of a sexual nature will result in the immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.
