Sarah's setup includes luxurious touches such as an Amethyst Far Infrared Radiation Heated Table, designed to enhance relaxation and rejuvenation. Her office is a plant-filled oasis of calm, housed within a historically and architecturally significant former Divinity School. Sarah excels in mobility improvement, injury recovery, stress management, and chronic pain relief. Our approach is trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and body-positive.

With over 10 years in practice, Sam Jett, LMT offers a unique and personalized approach to healing through massage therapy. Sam believes that bodywork is an integral part of life and community and feels a great sense of gratitude to his teachers, guides, and peers who have helped cultivate his practice throughout the last 12 years. Sam looks forward to working with those who experience chronic pain, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, Sam specializes in working with people experiencing subacute injuries that are causing pain, restricted mobility, or somehow impacting quality of life.

I am a NYS licensed massage therapist (since 2019). I practice Swedish massage, orthopedic (deep tissue) massage and prenatal massage. I am also a Reiki Master teacher (since 2020). I provide a safe, comfortable space where we can create a treatment plan just for you. Located in the city of Rochester in a secure building with parking.
