About

The Toast Factory is a unique Brunch restaurant created and established by Keith Brown II. The Toast Factory is centered around French Toast, with unique and delicious styles of French Toast not commonly found at your average dinner. In fact all the topping and offerings are Keith’s very own recipe. When starting out as a private Chef add hosting pop ups, the bread was made the morning of the event. Due to the increased volume of supporters that is no longer an option. Amongst French Toast, you can choose from a selection of hearty meals. Shrimp and grits, haddock filets, pancakes, steaks etc. Stop on down and indulge yourself for brunch at The Toast Factory!
